Anemometer moved back to report via the main ISS instead of via a seperate transmitter, makes everything easier to manage and support.
Super-capacitor changed on the ISS unit and other transmitters to increase Solar Storage capacity in an attempt to reduce the number of battery changes needed, especially In the winter when less Sun/Solar power available.
